Provided you have booked the dates you require via our calendar then all you need to do is follow the payment structure and you can pay with your credit card, firstly a deposit and then the final balance nearer the date of departure. You will also be asked to pay a refundable breakage deposit.
There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and a seperate single bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also another bed on the large landing area, so a total of 6 people can sleep on beds. We have also provided a cot and high chair for our younger guest.
The official time for entry to your villa is 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm, and the villa is empty and has been cleaned, you will be able to gain access. Otherwise, you are welcome to use the pool/sunbed facilities.
Please ask at the time of booking. It might be that they are able to delay cleaning the villa, particularly if no-one is staying the night you leave. Even if you have to vacate the villa by10am, a poolside room is available for your suitcases.
Yes, there is a small safe for passports and other valuables. The safe key is attached to your front door key, therefore for your piece of mind it is advisable to lock your villa and keep the key with you at all times.
The kitchen has cooking facilities and utensils, including a cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and clothes line with pegs, and outside tables and chairs.
The water is okay for cleaning your teeth or for making tea or coffee, but we would recommend bottled water for drinking. The water in restaurants is always bottled and the ice in drinks is okay.
The electrics in the villa are Spanish and most sockets require the two round pin type adaptors. We have provided some adaptors for your use, but extra ones can be taken with you or bought locally at any supermarket.
Cala San Vicente is a small village, and nowhere is more than 15 minutes walk away. There are several small supermarkets, a dozen or so restaurants, some beach bars and cafes, a newsagent selling (that day’s) English papers, a mini golf course, and other retail holiday outlets. Larger supermarkets and local markets are available just out side Cala San Vicente, in nearby Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
If you wish, we can arrange for the delivery of some basic essentials which usually include tea, coffee, water, juice, milk, bread and jam. Don’t rely on the pack to feed you for days it is only intended to last until the local shops open! There are several sizes of welcome pack, averaging about 40 euros. For your Information, we would only really recommend a welcome pack if you are arriving late in the evening.
